Subclass 300 (Prospective marriage) visa

The Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage visa provides a pathway for Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their overseas partner to immigrate to Australia to get married. Once the visa applicant has married their Australian or eligible New Zealand citizen partner, they can apply for an onshore partner visa.
